1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to orders you place with Excellent Stationery for stationery products and online printing. By placing an enquiry or an order you agree to them.
2. Products and prices
Product prices shown on the website are indicative. We confirm the final price and availability on WhatsApp before an order is accepted.
3. Online ordering
All orders and printing orders are submitted through WhatsApp. For printing, share clear PDF or document files along with complete printing instructions.
4. Printing service
- Standard Printing: minimum order 20 pages, ₹0.50 per page. Submit your order at least 12 hours in advance.
- Express Printing: minimum order 10 pages, ₹2 per page. Delivered within 1 hour, subject to availability and confirmation.
5. File responsibility
You are responsible for checking your files and confirming that the documents are correct before submission. We print what you send.
6. Payment
Payment must be made as per the order confirmation. The order is processed according to the confirmed details.
7. Delivery
Printed documents and products are delivered to the address you provide. Additional delivery charges may apply and will be told to you before confirmation.
8. Special requirements
Special printing requirements may involve additional charges. We communicate them before order confirmation.
9. No refund and cancellation policy
No refunds are given. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Please check your files, page count and instructions carefully before you confirm an order.
10. Limitation
We do our best to deliver orders on time, but express timing depends on availability. We are not responsible for errors in files supplied by the customer.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
